“Sticky Scripture station-improvement over Kidvid Cinema. Videos were fun and engaging. A little difficult getting them to reflect on the games(what was it like to follow vs. do it on your own). Maybe more questions related to kids' lives & home experiences. A brief video introduction with visuals on how to find Bibles verses could be helpful. Enjoyed having own copy of John's gospel. Deep Bible Adventures- enjoyed the fish/tomb experience. Imagination Station- prefer the gizmos rather than the group experiments. Games- enjoyed and fun for the kids Opening & Finale- kids enjoyed the music and Bible Buddy videos.”

“Please bring back KidVid Cinema! You could combine KidVid and a shorter Sticky Scripture. The kids always loved seeing kids their sharing their stories and faith impacts. The snacks were amazing this year but we would love a bit more of a script to tie in VBS to the snack. The games were super fun too! Please make sure to add more to the Imagination Station! The kids would have liked to do more crafts too.”

“We felt for sure that sticky scipture needs to have an elementary version and a prek version, as the video was very young for our older children. Also for the imagination station kits need to have more flexibility as to how many kids are in each crew. For example our crews run 8 kids so we had to purchase extra kits and did not need all the supplies in those extra kits. This impacted our budget. We do not like the crew kits and would prefer to order individual supplies based on total number of children and not crew size. THe theme was so easy to decorate for.”

We understand your concerns about the video being too young for your older children. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Your suggestion for having an elementary version and a prek version of the sticky scripture is a great idea, and we will definitely take it into consideration for future improvements. We have received similar feedback regarding our Imagination Crew Kits from other customers and have made some changes to the way the kits will be sold next year.

“I just use the theme. We used CEF missionary story instead of sticky scripture it was too baby ish. I have 267 kids up through 6th grade it was designed by a preschool teacher. Kids missed taking home the experientment”

“Group produces an amazing product. For our church, particularly given the size of our program (180 kids per night this year), we do not use many of the options provided. For instance, we don't use: opening skit, sticky scripture, separate time for the kid-vids (we encorporate into Craft time), Imagination Station (we do our own crafts),and we show our own candids at the Closing. So, why do we use Group? The Storytelling, the Music, and, usually, the Closing demos. However, recently, I have not loved the music. In fact, we tried hard NOT to do SCUBA this year. But, when we looked elsewhere, we decided to do SCUBA...but we added songs from a prior VBS. These songs were more on point to the theme AND they were much more fun. The Group music has become repetitive and contain "lazy" motions for the kids. Looking for more excitement. Case in point, the songs from last year (Stellar) were not well remembered by the kids this year. But, they remembered and requested songs from Food Truck Party 2022.”
