“Group Scuba VBS has great themes and music and is a great starting point for an awesome VBS week! This year the sticky scriptures were added in to all our stations, and by the end of the evening the kids had hidden those word in their hearts! It was a great addition to the program, and we appreciate Group being flexible and easy to adapt to what our church needs. Most importantly, children are saved into the kingdom every year - we rejoice with the angels!”

“Kids and Leaders loved the new Sticky Scripture. Also, the changes made last year to Imagination Station remain a hit. Would like to see music videos with more emphasis on the motions. This year there was so much going on, the motions were hard for the kids to get.”

“One complain—and I’m sure there must be a good reason for it: Since we work and would have to travel for a short learning session I’d reallly like to have the video training for stations and crew alike back. Then everyone could look at the video in their own time. That’s my only regret/complaint with the new approach.”

“Scuba VBS was a delightful week for our leaders and children. All the materials are easy to follow, offer great suggestions and key points, and make for a smooth and excellen VBS. The two issues I have it with it is that there is still an altar call on Thursday and it would be nice to have an alterative to that and the completely male language for God is super annoying. Yes it's great for Jesus but could we just say God when we mean God and not HE? PLEASE!!! It would be great if the songs and prompts for teachers could just take this out. If people are teaching and want to say He, that's fine, but could we just make it optional instead of so totally integrated?”

“The kids loved the music. We always keep crafts and music in our rotation. The kids would miss both of those classes. We came up with crafts that related to the theme. They love imagination station a lot too. We incorporated the sticky scripture with the deep Bible adventure class. Please bring crafts back into the rotation and put sticky scriptures with the Bible adventure class in the future. Thank you”

“We had an overall great experience with Scuba, as we typically do with Group VBS. The Bible Memory Buddy videos were absolutely fantastic! We LOVED all the interesting facts and loved everything about those videos! We were disappointed with the Sing and Play Music/Songs though. I’m not a fan of the green screen being used so much and some of the videos felt baby-ish. I felt that many of the songs were difficult to learn and sing along with this year. We miss the music from VBS programs like Cave Quest, Roar, Shipwrecked. Those were quality songs and don’t feel it’s near as good anymore.”
