“We could not use the the lesson for the second session. It was inappropriate for children. It presented the Gospel using guilt. It would have traumatized the younger (or maybe all) children. The first session covered too much info, so we broke it into 2 lessons. We added activities to enhance the lessons and fill in the time frame. We presented the Gospel during the second closing. The adults present said the Gospel presentation was very plain and clear. I'm not sure I can use Group VBS in the future.”
