“This due is primarily about the cumin, the 2nd ingredient, black pepper, is more for the absorption of the 1st ingredient than a core supplement in itself. So this is item is basically cumin. Not saying that's a bad thing, at all, but the duo part of it is a bit of marketing imagination.
So, cumin.... it's well known for its benefits across a range if health issue, particularly inflation, as advertised. I've used, and found benefit from cumin or turmeric in the past with various injuries. Can't say I've used ir found benefit from cumin regarding gut health but everyone's different when it comes to supplements.
Value wise, this is a 2 or 4 month supply depending on whether you take 1 or 2 tablets daily. They are small so easy to swallow. And even at a 2 month supply, it's good value for this type of item.”
