“I have had a lot of issues with the product set. The batteries of the hand held device need to be recharged after 5 uses, which is too often and annoying. Now the replacement brushes I ordered have some internal issue and make a screeching noise every time I use the tooth brush, extremely annoying. Two stars, as the tooth brush really makes my teeth feel clean but getting there is stressful due to the technical draw backs discussed above.”
