“I suffer from restless leg syndrome - which has got worse since coming off HRT after a recent breast cancer diagnosis. Post-surgery, I have been using this every night before bedtime and I do believe it has really made a difference. For the first time in 3 months, I am actually getting some decent sleep. And my hot flushes aren’t waking me up either so I will definitely be continuing with it. Loved the packaging too - and the ‘Bliss' fragrance sprayed on the wrapper was absolutely beautiful. x”

“OMG what can I say??!! Other than this product is FABULOUS!!! I’ve used lots of different magnesium Sprays & this is FAR THE best!! Bring an aerobics instructor Mg sprays have always been my go to ointment when I have niggles, get yourself one today!”
