“My mum had purchased an electronic diffuser that is very beautiful and smells amazing also. Unfortunately I knocked it onto the floor and the ceramic casing broke. I contacted the company to see if they could offer a replacement of the ceramic component. The man I spoke to was really nice and offered to send me one in the post. He had some spares available. It came 2 days later for free! Brilliant customer service. Will be using them again!”

Nicely packaged and presented it was the perfect gift from my kids for Mothers Day. Easy to setup and use with some fantastic smelling oils that make our home feel peaceful and relaxing. I will definately be recommending Harrogate Organics to my friends & family but also look forward to the shop opening after lock down.
