“Have only given four stars ✨ as only started using this product. So far not brilliant sleep I was expecting after reading reviews… I have however used on my knees as I have had terrible pain and I have seen an improvement! I have sprayed before bed to knees, elbows and feet but my mind raced so not sure what I am doing wrong? Will continue see how I get on..”

“This product didn’t work for me at all. I tried it on several occasions but all it did was cause massive irritation & soreness on the back of my knees, that made getting to sleep even harder.”

“Wow! It works. It really works. My magnesium spray arrived last Thursday. I thought it was only fair to do a full 7 night's trial prior to leaving a review. I've had so much better, deeper and undisturbed sleep this week. Prior to trying the magnesium spray i was frequently woken from full on REM deep sleep by unbearable cramps and spasms in my legs and also restless leg syndrome. I'm already on a long term prescription of Quinine tablets, which kind of helped but not sufficiently. The magnesium spray is magic. I followed the instructions to apply to inner elbows and behind knees just prior to bedtime. I already have a night time routine so this was really easy to incorporate. As well as excruciating leg and foot cramps i also suffer from plantar and palmar fascitis. So i sprayed a little onto the soles of my feet and rubbed it in with my hands. It works. Rather than hopping and stumbling out of bed and trying to ease the cramps in legs and feet by standing on a cold floor 3 or four times a night, this week i've had three very minor episodes of night cramps in toto. Haven't had to attempt to leap out of bed at all. Just changed the position of my feet across to the colder and weightier side of the bed nest. The plantar and palmar fascitis are also considerably eased. A spot of TMI here (sorry) but the getting out of bed for the obligatory 4 - 5am comfort break and i've been able to get out of bed and into the bathroom without having to wait for my feet to work first has been wonderful. I'm about to put in another order to send as a gift to my sister; she also has fibromyalgia, restless legs and nightly spasms. Will report back again. Thank you very much indeed.”
