“Tried magnesium tablets for severe nocturnal leg cramps and RLS to good effect, but despite using glycinate preparations, had awful abdominal pains.
Tried one Mg spray ( all water based) whcih did not help at all, but this preparation with some oil works really well !
Tend to use 6 doses when going to bed and then can respray during night if necessary.
No skin irritation - will definitely be re-ordering.
Only issue was the order was slow to arrive after ordering.”
