“Magnesium Spray, what a complete game changer for restful sleep!
Since perimenopause, my nights have been plagued by restless legs, hip pain, hot flushes and constantly waking. I received a free sample of the spray with a purchase of the NMN capsules (also a great product!).
From the very first use my sleep has improved, i'm logging more hours of deep sleep and waking refreshed with no aches and pains.
I'm just over half way through the free sample bottle but loved the product so much I asked my children to get me more for mother's day! Not the traditional mother's day gift but i'm sure they benefit from having a well rested parent who can keep up with them.

“I have used other magnesium sprays but this one seems a lot better and my sleep has definitely improved. I am menopausal and I spray it where directed on backs of knees and inside elbows plus upper thighs as I get restless legs and it seems to do the trick. It’s not sticky or leaves a residue either like others I’ve tried. I will definitely be purchasing again. Would be great if they had a smaller stand alone travel size bottle (50ml) rather than in a pack.”
