“I bought this a year ago when visiting the Harrogate store,I was a bit sceptical that the claims that it would aid sleep and stop restless legs and cramps.i have to say it actually does do what it says.”

“I have Multiple Sclerosis and have found thus product very helpful in easing the terrible leg spasms and restless legs. During the day I can cope somewhat with ease with my symptoms but the moment I tried to sleep it was quite impossible to do so due to my difficulties. Having used this product now for couple of months and have to say i'm rather impressed with the positive outcome. I'd definitely recommend people with MS who suffer leg spasms and/or restless legs to give this product a try, they just might be pleasantly surprised how well it works.”

“I had restless legs, tired and couldn’t sleep. Harrogate Magnesium spray is fantastic! I have a perfect sleep every night with a small spray on the soles of my feet. That’s all - a simple spray. I cannot recommend this enough ! LOVE IT ❤️”
