“I bought this spray as i struggle with sleeping through the night and get hip pain when in bed. I was sceptical at first and didnt notice any difference at first. After a week however, iIam having the best nights sleep every night. I am definately going to keep using this and have ordered a travel size too so i can take it on holiday.”

“Having read many good reviews of this product, I was really disappointed. It did not help my sleep, in fact each time I tried it, my sleep was disturbed and I woke up feeling groggy. I did persevere with it but the result was always the same. Not cheap so for me, it was not money well spent. I was also slightly alarmed that there was no seal around the cap...”
