“I found Harrogate Organics on Insta as I was specifically looking for an organic Magnesium spray to use transdermally. Mainly for my husband who is struggling to stay asleep and also suffers from restless leg syndrome late at night. Also I wanted to try it myself (perimenopausal). We've only had the spray 4 or 5 days but already the OH has commented on how his restless legs have stopped almost immediately and he has slept much better.
