“Nicely packaged, good size. However I bought this to help with sleep - no effect at all. Just using it as a supplement now. I can confirm it did not irritate my skin unlike other magnesium products I have tried.”

While 90% of cases report benefits, there are just sadly some people the spray just does not work for! We would recommend to keep persevering as it can take up to 3-4 weeks of consistent use to work for some people.
