“Unfortunately, the spray bottle does not work so it’s not as convenient to apply and I’m not sure I’m getting the right dose. It’s early days yet, only been using it for 3 weeks, so will wait to see if there’s any benefit as none so far.”

While 90% of cases report benefits, there are just sadly some people the spray just does not work for! We would recommend to keep persevering as it can take up to 3-4 weeks of consistent use to work for some people.
As for the spray pump, we're so sorry it seems as if you may have received a faulty bottle. Please do feel free to drop us an email and we can get a new pump sent out to you!
