“I was extremely disappointed in the quality of the photo when I collected it. This was due to the fact that it was processed at another facility and then sent to our local Harvey Norman store. The photo came rolled, which was totally inappropriate as the waves in the paper once unrolled could not be flattened and consequently I asked for a refund, which Harvey Norman happily agreed to. This should be made clear at the time of ordering, that certain sizes are not processed at your local branch and will come rolled, rather than kept flat for shipping.”
