“Although the format remains frustratingly small and requires deep experience to perfect for complex work of say 20O pictures and text, after 40 such productions, I can still confirm that the end result remains best value for money in the business.
However, the company needs someone versed in its technical GLITCHES ( like me) to provide specific fixes rather than stock responses ( or subtle denials).”

“The colour quality is pretty poor. I'm a professional photographer and know how my photos are supposed to look when printed. They look perfect on screen. But when printed, the colours are very muted and not what they're supposed to be. I'm also really unhappy with the quality control that comes out of the main warehouse. I've had to have multiple books reprinted due to print errors (print head strikes) on pages. And these were never picked up before being sent out. ALL items should be quality control checked before being sent out to a customer.”
