“The colour quality is pretty poor. I'm a professional photographer and know how my photos are supposed to look when printed. They look perfect on screen. But when printed, the colours are very muted and not what they're supposed to be. I'm also really unhappy with the quality control that comes out of the main warehouse. I've had to have multiple books reprinted due to print errors (print head strikes) on pages. And these were never picked up before being sent out. ALL items should be quality control checked before being sent out to a customer.”

Creating the books from my phone and photos was simple, the template options are awesome , printing speed outstanding and quality exceptional. I have my 6 remaining family members the same book with a personal note to each. Pictures of all 3 generations 18-84,,, most did not have dry eyes, all were profoundly impacted. Thank you”
“Love doing these books.
Easy to complete the book. Would like to see that the pictures are level with each other when they are placed beside each other. Some of mine are out just a fraction that is not noticeable when designing the book. When the book is returned, it is noticeable that some do not line up.
Embelishments would be nice.”
