“Cover not printed correctly. However the book was replaced for me. The back cover of the incorrect book also had a ‘a lump of something under the final cover! Weird! I appreciate the replacement but the initial book would not recommend H N to others.”
“I have been producing A4 photo books for many years with great success, although I am disappointed in the last update which is not as user friendly as before, e.g. no borders, graphics etc.
The purchase you are referring to was on 13th July 2023 with use by 17th July 2023. As I always pre purchase my books with three months to produce, I was dismayed, when investigating, to find that I had purchased a Buy Now Deal which is apparently different to my previous purchases. I have obviously misread the ad, so have wasted my money.”

“My records will show I have standardised my books to A4 size for easy filing in the receivers' libraries.
I think that size works well on bookshelves and (in my case) the subject seldom, if ever, changes.
A4 offers good dimensions for individual portraits.
There is merit in the Landscape format but it can make for untidy bookshelves if filed alongside books of a different format.”
