“Very happy with the quality and print, as well as the service from the Launceston store and have ordered approximately 25 books in past titmes.
However I did make a 40 page A4 of our home renovations and the book literally fell apart at the binding so I have ordered another copy. That has happened to one other of the 60 page A4 books as well.”
“Ordered for a funeral, delivery date was by the 4th October it’s now 13th Oct and books still not arrived. Missed the funeral. Every time I call to ask where they are I get the there is nothing I can do about it response. Still don’t even know if books are printed or when they will get here. The tracking advice says ready for pick up, apparently that means it’s ready for the courier to pick up.”
