“I received a message on Friday morning that baskets were out for delivery and would be delivered by the end of the day but they weren't. I called Saturday morning and left a message but did not receive a return call. I called back later in the afternoon and chose the "place a new order" option and got through to someone (I guess new orders are more important than follow-up on orders) who told me that there was a delay in delivering but she didn't know why. Baskets were delivered later that day. Baskets themselves are really nice but delivery experience was a bit disappointing.”
