“The recipients enjoyed this basket[ I have not seen a picture] but I was upset to learn they came home and found sitting in the sun on their doorstep. Besides containing cheese and items requiring refrigeration, there were 2 bottles of wine anyone, regardless of age, could have taken. Hazelton's was provided the phone number; they should have used it. Canada Post very unsatisfactory”
Thank you for your feed back. We are sorry to hear that your package was left outside your door step. We have spoken to Canada Post about this issue. In some area there is no close by pick up centers so if the recipient is no home to accept the packages, drop-offs are part of there standard practices . We are looking at what can be changed to prevent this from happening.
“Everything was considered "Delightful" by the recipients. I personally did not get to see the delivery, but do know that it was made on time and was well received.”
