“I sent this gift for my daughter's birthday, she lives in BC and I didn't realise when I ordered it from the UK that it was a civil holiday in Canada and my delivery wouldn't have arrived on time! I also messed up when leaving my email address!
The customer service was amazing and it was all corrected so easily with an email! The tracking service was spot on, as I was speaking to my daughter on face time on the day of the delivery I was able to look at the tracking and tell my daughter there was something downstairs in her reception! I was able to watch her open her gift and share in the pleasure of her birthday with her while here in the UK!
