“The ladder itself is as expected and well put together however it was covered in scrapes and deep scratches with the paint work in pretty bad shape. Don’t get me wrong it’s going to be a working ladder and will get many’s the dent but you don’t expect it to arrive first day bruised and battered. A lot of it might be to do with the fact that it had nothing but a flimsy piece of plastic wrap to protect it. Disappointing to be honest.”
