Discussed this with the Post Office and staff can't believe Protect My Order is Holland's company practice. Is this money grabbing? Or does the company have such a bad record with deliveries?

Hi Lesley, Thank you for your feedback. Please accept our apologies regarding the protect my order charge. The charge can be removed before proceeding to the checkout but it can be missed so I completley understand.
