“I have no idea why this was added to my initial bill. I was unable to remove it. I have no idea how my order is protected. I haven't seen the benefit of it and I am without my purchased item which is stuck in transit. I have paid for my item but don't have it. Hollands Clothing are being very slow to rectify the issue.”

I apologise we hadn't noticed anything in your initial emails regarding your late return about the ProtectMyOrder charge. I have issued a full refund for that charge, the funds should be back with you within 2-4 working days.

Apologies that you have had an issue with your order.
The ProtectMyOrder offers protection on your order via a third party for any loss or damage in transit. The charge can be removed at the checkout before you go through to pay. We have a link to a "learn more" section as well if you are unsure if this is wanted on the order but it can be missed.
I have issued a refund for the charge, the funds should be back with you within 2-4 working days.
