Hello, Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry that you have not had a positive experience with us. The ProtectMyOrder charge can be removed before proceeding to the checkout but it can be missed. I have now issued a refund for the charge, the funds should be back with you within 2-4 working days depending on your bank. I apologise for any inconvenience caused.
