Automatically added but couldn’t see have to remove as when I tried found it had still been added Good idea though

Hi Barry, Thank you for your feedback. The ProtectMyOrder charge can be removed at the checkout stage with a toggle button, however it is easy to miss it I do apologise about that. I have issued a refund for this charge, the fund should be back with you within 2-4 working days. Kind regards, Hollands

I forgot to untick the box why is this additional expense being added to postage I know of no other company that does this.

It’s just a con ! Just stop adding it to people’s bill. If you’ve got a decent delivery company, why do I need to insure my order. Happy with my purchase & in general with Hollands, but this is just a con. Stop doing it !!!!
