I apologise about this. The Protect My Order charge can be removed at the checkout but it can be missed while checking out.
I have issued a refund for this charge, the funds should be back with you within 2-4 working days.

I can see via the email communication that you had requested a return. Our team have responded and advised if you let us know what you wanted to exchange for, we can put through the new order and take the re-payment for the amount that has been refunded.
If you no longer want to exchange please let us know and we will then correct your refund amount.
