The ProtectMyOrder charge can be removed before proceeding to the checkout but it can be missed. It is coverage and protection for delivery related issues by a third party company. They are there own company that a lot of other retailers are now using.
This charge can be removed at the checkout but it can be easy to miss. We can see you cancelled your order, but are more than happy to refund this charge for future orders.

The charge is additional protection from a third party in case of any loss or damage in transit. Lots of retailers are using this company, it isn't something just used by us.
I am more than happy to refund this charge for you, the funds should be back within 2-4 working days.

“I have no idea why this was added to my initial bill. I was unable to remove it. I have no idea how my order is protected. I haven't seen the benefit of it and I am without my purchased item which is stuck in transit. I have paid for my item but don't have it. Hollands Clothing are being very slow to rectify the issue.”
