“Revised review: The company has sent me a replacement for the broken duster. I was thrilled with their great customer service to sort out the issue very quickly. The duster works brilliantly now. The duster broke after 2 uses. It's a shame as the duster and the stick looks strong but the wire connector between the duster and the stick is too thin.”
