“The cold air intake is definitely beautiful and sounds nice. The main issue is that they don’t tell you it will not be compatible if you don’t have a EFI LIVE tuner for the codes the MAF sensor will begin to throw at you. Currently had to instal my stock cold air intake for that reason. Other than that it looks and sounds nice just wasn’t able to drive and see the performance because of the codes it causes.”

Thank you for the feedback, Jordan! We do scale our intakes to the factory specification to avoid the need to rescale the MAF sensor after installation. A very common mistake our customers run into is installing the intake tube backwards which will then cause your truck to throw a code. “Great product and definitely gave this duramax the desperately needed air it wanted. When getting on the throttle you can hear it sucking air out of the finder of the truck which sounds sick! I do get a little better fuel economy and I would say a little more power on the 55-90mph range. Fitment was great expect for the boot rubs on the wiring harness a tad bit but this was intended to be put on with the bundle kit so I’m not gonna sit and complain. Overall 10/10.”

“I like the product and it fits well. Short amount of time to install. Kind wish it had directions on how to do it. I do have a problem where every time I fire the truck up it throws a check engine light and a mad air flow sensor code p0101. I like the product but ever since I installed it my truck goes in and out of reduce power mode and throws a code so I took it off the truck.”

“Powder coat was immaculate fitment was perfect and the performance gain was surprising. I thought it was just a cold air intake and wasn't going to be completely noticeable but I was wrong.”
