“I have been a repeat, customer many times times. I love everything about it especially the customer service. I didn�t realize that I had not changed the shipping address on one of my orders and it went to the wrong address. They responded mistakes happen. Please check for next time, but intern re-shipped the kits to my address where they were supposed to come and did not charge me extra. Since ordered subscriptions for two grandchildren and now ordering for my other one. The kids love them. Continue to be a customer. I am a phone person and would rather speak with someone rather than have to respond through emails so that was my only complaint that I wish there was a number to speak with someone when I have a question. I do highly recommend this company. ________”
“Love the kits but the shipping is ridiculous. We get our kit weeks after it says it shipped so the holiday ones are cutting it really close. I doubt we will even have time to make the Thanksgiving one before the holiday if this keeps up. It is 10/19 and still no idea when the October/halloween kit will arrive.”
