Our 1 Piece Appendix Rig is great for those who want a sturdy and secure holster for concealed carry. It is designed to be worn in the appendix region and offers maximum concealabilty and rigidity. It makes for a very smooth draw while being held in place on the belt by two clips as opposed to one on standard IWB holsters.

“I picked up this appendix rig, and I have to admit even though it’s bigger than a standard appendix holster (because it has the mag holster integrated in it), somehow it’s more comfortable and concealable than a one piece appendix holster. Incognito really forms the holster well to your body so I think that’s why it fits so good. Highly recommend.”
