I ordered this product and while the wrist part of the bracelet and the charm itself were very sturdy and well made, I was concerned with the o ring used to connect the bracelet and the charm as the quality did not seem the same. Upon seeing my prior review addressing this issue, Customer Service reached out to me immediately, asked for a photo of the product and offered to correct the issue. I am very pleased with the prompt response I received. In The Lights Urns corrected the issue and sent me a new bracelet the very same day. The new bracelet seems much sturdier. I will now add my sweetheart’s ashes to the urn knowing the charm is safe and secure. Thank you for standing behind your product. I will definitely recommend you to others.”
