“We spent months and months looking at hundreds of urns from all over the globe. We wanted two high-quality urns that were identical or similar in style, suitable for weathering an outdoor niche in Canadian winters, ones that could bear direct engraving, a style that we liked, and urns that represented meaning for our lives together. We were ready to give up until we accidentally stumbled upon your site.
In hindsight, I guess it was a pretty tall order — but I'm so glad we persevered. These urns check all the boxes on our list and do not disappoint. They are a gorgeous soft pewter finish offset with a fairly intricate gold leaf pattern stamped into the top, bottom, and lid. A truly quality urn.
Sometimes you can tell a lot about a company by the little things they do — especially these days where exceptional service is often a rarity. We were very specific about our engraving requests. Andrew was particularly understanding, conscientious, and helpful in consulting with us on the process and the engravers did a beautiful job. It's exactly what we wanted and we are very impressed with how well it all turned out.
These urns included 2 soft bags to hold ashes and it was obvious they were packed with care as they were well protected. They also arrived quickly. We want to thank Andrew and the entire team for a wonderful job well done. We're delighted with our order and couldn't be more pleased.
