The picture turned out great I would write it a five star. The only thing that was confusing was the price when shown on the photo it said it was cheaper I don’t remember what the amount but the photo showed the chain and the heart with the picture on it, and then the feather, the birthstone and the triangle that you could add what you wanted to be engraved but once you finish and completed putting what you wanted on there and took out the time of doing all of that Then you realize they charge separately for each charm. that’s the only thing I wish they would change or at least specify at the top is charms and engraving sold separately”
