“The pictures for medium brown look perfect for my hair, I opened the tester and saw it was very light brown. I cant exchange either because I had ordered them for a photo shoot, and the shipping took longer than expected there was no update for a few days. The hair itself is very beautiful however, dont make the mistake I made and was last minute to order hair, its different in person”
“First of all when I order them it never said pre order it just said buy so I did then they messaged me saying that my extensions where on pre order after I buy them so it took a long time to get which I waited then I get them and the package came open on the part that says dont open or cant return and the color was not the right color I order dark brown and got light brown and couldnt return them due to the packaging being open on arrival so I decided to dye them and they dyed pretty good but when I went to straighten them after I let them dry it had so many pieces melting on my straightener I am very upset I dont think they are worth it.”
