“I purchase these over 3 months go, I wanted to use quite a few times before reviewing. I previously used Luxy hair extensions and thought I liked those, I like these even better. They have less shedding, more color choices, more weight choices and the hair seems softer. I do not know about the 'Silky' ones, I only bought the Royal Remy ones in Rosewood. The came the exact color I wanted for them to be and then I experimented to find hair dye colors to get my hair to match them and was successful in doing that. (I would love to share what I used, if anyone wants to know) I bought the 16in and 140gram weight. I love the largest weft, which is like 3 wefts sewn together for the back of the head, along with any of the other wefts you'd like to put in the back. There was more than enough pieces to cover my whole head and make my hair look longer (I have hair that is maybe 8inches long) and thicker. I also ordered a 2nd set. On days that I want vavavoom hair, I use the largest wefts from BOTH sets in the back of my hair and more pieces on the sides, but wearing one set like I said is a good amount of hair, if you only want one set for thicker hair, I suggest a higher gram set. I got 2 because I thought they would shed way more and I'd have to be sewing wefts together to make them appear thicker once they started shedding, like I did with my Luxy's, but nope, they barely shed at all. I also did buy a 16in ponytail in the Rosewood color. The only downside, to me, is I would rather they didn't have the thinner ends, I know that makes them 'look more natural', but I cut them across and then layered them. If you want to do the same then I suggest buying a set a couple inches longer than what you want to end up with. Some people like the thinner at the ends look, its personal preference. I purchased them while they were 20% off, which made them around the same cost as the Luxy's. Next time I need to replace them, it will be with Irresistible Me ones again, I am a lifetimer now. “Just received my order this morning, and since they match my hair color perfectly, I of course wore them for the day. I did curl them to blend better with my shorter hair. They curled well. They are felt great and looked natural. My fiance loved them, that's always a bonus. I ordered the Royal Remy j99, rosewood, 14' 140gr. I did order them right before Christmas and with processing and shipping over the holidays it took 8days. They did get shipped from China, even though company is US. I emailed to ask about that and if they do not have stock in NY, they get from warehouse in China, was told hair is Indian Remy also. It is very soft, didn't she'd much when brushed 2 times. I also got them while they were 30% off, not sure I could afford the Royal Remy ones at regular price, maybe the Silky Touch. Anyways, first impression is great hair, good customer service, fast shipping, and I hope to order again in the future. I will write another review in a few months, to say what I think then.”
