“I ordered two honey blonde hairs, this ponytail and a bun. The colors were dramatically different. This ponytail is quality hair but extremely yellow. I had sent them pics and this is the color they suggested. I will not be able to wear it without dying. Other than that, the quality of the hair is good. I tried to return and they said no. In fairness, they send a swatch that you are supposed to look at first to see if you will like the color. However, the swatch wasn't as bright as the ponytail.”

“The colour and texture of the hair is great. The hair holds a curl. The string that wraps around my ponytail is overly long and is hard to hide. The comb can poke into my skull unless I have the pony tail at exactly the right spot.”
