If it’s truly that difficult to return, that should be the first thing that you see in the box when you’re taking it off. I should say if you open, you will be unable to return it.

On both our Returns Policy page and each product page, we explain that every set of extensions comes with a sample weft compartment at the bottom of the tube labeled "TRY ME." This piece is specifically designed to let you check the color, length, texture, and base of the extensions without having to open the main set. If the sample doesn’t match your expectations, you can return the product hassle-free.
The main product is located in the larger section of the tube, which is sealed with a black label clearly stating to only open it if you intend to keep the product. This seal ensures hygiene standards are met so that every customer receives a brand-new product.
