“This review will most likely not go up or get deleted. The hair sucks, it's not 100% human, some is and some is synthetic. Customer service is a joke too. In the beginning they were really nice and apologizing saying that they take these matters seriously. I was put off because not only did several strands of hair burn and melt like synthetic does.( thankfully they hadn't been installed) but I also had found several strings in the hair. I sent pictures to CS and they ignored the synthetic over and over and only addressed the strings at first. They said that strings are what they put the wefts together with (???). As for the other issue it took 5 emails to get them to address it. They said they needed pictures so I sent them for the third time, then they told me to use a heat protectant, I let them know I did and always do, then I was told to use a different styling tool. SERIOUSLY. Do NOT waste your money on this garbage hair. You can read review after review of similar issues with the hair. I should of read more reviews (not on their site) before purchasing and spending over $350.”
“THE HAIR IS NOT ALL REAL!!!!! I am beyond disappointed. I got the tape ins of human hair (2 packs). I have been wearing tape ins for a good decade and this is my first experience EVER as bad as this.
The tape was not all the same size, some were fat and some were skinny. I had to add professional tape onto the hair because it was just falling out right and left.
I had them installed by one of the top salons in Kansas City, Missouri and had a few stylist look at them after we tried to get them to stick; we could visually see the fake hair mixed in with the 'real' and its is like constant static cling on my face.
FOR HOW EXPENSIVE THIS IS.... SHAME. PEOPLE WORK REALLY HARD TO SAVE UP AND PURCHASE WHAT THEY THINK IS REAL GOOD HAIR.”
“They were really hard to take care of! They got super, super tangled after I washed them! A pain in the butt! They also looked super unhealthy, looked so brittle even after trying to straighten them! Even ordered their shampoo, and brush which was a waste of money too! I would not recommend, nor buy them ever again!!! I feel like I got jipped!”
