The o ly thing that could be updated would be a physical phone number to call and a tracking system. Hair is a crazy business and i think a lot of customers don't realize that products like real hair can get held up or back ordered fairly easy due to demand and how much product is actually coming in to the company. I hope one day I am able to try the clip ins designed for thin hair. The tape ins were fantastic to the point I would live to try the other type of products you all have.
