“Ordered 4 bundles of the 24 8/60 tape in extensions. Hairstylist w 20 years experience in all types of extensions. Had them installed by another certified extension specialist. Tape was not sticky enough! Had to re tape them prior to installation during the service. Also 1 bundle of hair was not as good quality, shorter, and not the same color as the others. Although marked the same on the packaging. Contacted customer service but without pictures werent very helpful only offering me more (non-sticky) replacement tape. On the positive side the hair is beautiful, washes well, minimal shedding, and the injected wefts really are invisible in your hair. So Im very on the fence about ordering again. I know if I do Ill need to re tape them first and open each packaging and check the hair.”
