“Extensions are amazing and easy to install. I buy three different colors to find out my perfect match. The only reason I am giving 3 star is for the return process BE CAREFUL, They want to make it seem that the process is simple but really, due to any technicality, they do not want to return the money. I bought 3 packages (sets) of extensions and I returned only 1 because it didn't fit me, according to the instructions you must remove the sample and not open the package if you are not really sure you want the extensions, so I did. My package was returned completely closed but according to the shipping instructions I did not return the sample due to sanitary reasons as the instructions say. End of story they don't want to return the money and have the extensions ready to sell to another customer. Just for a sample piece. WATCH OUT.”
“The hair extensions are not 100%human hair they are a human hair synthetic blend. It was very apparent when I used a curling iron on them. I only had my curling iron on at 280 degrees and there was a bunch of synthetic hair melting on my iron. Not worth the price for a synthetic blend. The only thing I liked about them was the thin band that makes them sit much more flatter to your head giving a better appearance than the thick sewn wefts. Wish I could get my money back.”
