“I absolutely loved the extensions , but they came knotted and just looked horrible, I washed them and conditioned them and they look great now , just wasnt happy with the condition I received them in , I didnt want to send them back so I just did what I had to and made them look great !! “Its not how this model looks as I got the regular weight ones maybe in this pic she has the more dense ones- first time user with thin hair so the regular ones wouldnt work as well & had to pay extra for the thinner edge by the clip ones but they look great- natural black is a dark brown dont get fooled by the name- I will be wearing as special occasion and not every day wear- hope they last long!”
