“Terrible experience with these. I wear hair extensions regularly from multiple brands and I am experienced in how to properly care for clip-ins, however I received these on 02/21/25 and on the second wear I noticed the clips were very easily slipping off the hair wefts. They were not securely sewn at all. I am extremely disappointed because the hair quality was great and the wefts were thin and comfortable, but the clips were coming off and sliding out my hair throughout the day. (I work in an office setting and am very gentle with my hair so there’s no outside source that caused this issue, they were sent defective.) I stored them properly, brushed them gently and only curled them once. This issue occurred within a week of receiving them. I reached out to customer service right away. Initially I was supposed to receive a phone call, which I had to make an appointment for, and they never called me. I then emailed them directly and they had me send proof and pictures, and replied to me with a video tutorial on how to sew the clips on myself and a discount code for another order. I spent a lot of money on these and planned to wear them for my birthday. Save your money, these are very overpriced for the quality I received.”
“The clip in’s were horrible. My clips were falling off the track when i took them out the package. The clips were un threading from the track. It was about 4-5 clips… If i could get my money back OR a new box of clip ins that would be appreciated.”
