“I have worn these twice now and they're extremely knotty. I brush them from ends to the "root" and then insert and style and no matter what, they knot up so bad. I wonder if I got a bad pack? I love the natural color and ease of use. They look good freshly installed but later on they catch on my fingers if I try to put my hair up or style them. It's not always feasible to go out with a little brush to fix this either. I really wanted to love these as I would like to get more.”
