“I bought some extentions and they weren't the right color. When the tub came the top was not sealed. And I used the test me part to look at the hair. I had to then contact customer service and they thankfully let me return. I'm still awaiting my return and it seems everytime I speak to customer service they are in a rush and are not very helpful or nice. They rush me through the conversation and ask like they are annoyed with me. I just want to receive my credit back and put in my next order before vacation. Hope I can order before then.”
