“I ordered what was supposed to be medium brown.
I was so excited and trusted that the color would be perfect and I opened the tube. I was so disappointed. The colored was not brown but reddish. I went to view the retun process and saw that since had already broken the seal,the product couldn't returned. So I am out $94.00 and have a product that can't use, and will never be used. Totally dissapointed. On a positive note, the hair quality is very good.”
“I was really looking forward to my new hair extensions and was disappointed by the amount of shedding and how thick, heavy and stiff the hair is, very similar to fake Lulu hair extensions. It tangles easily and does not blend well with my thin hair. When I wash it, I have to straighten it multiple times to get it straight and as smooth as possible to blend in with my hair. I was excited for these because my hair is very thin and one of the video reviews was from a lady with very thin hair, like mine and she said how the hair was soft, thin and light weight just like her hair so it blends perfectly but that is not the type of hair used in my extensions.”
