“Delivery was quick, although the courier wasn't particularly courteous....packages dumped on doorstep in a haphazard manor. Instructions were missing, but I rang Jack Stonehouse and they emailed them immediately! Considering how little these cost me I was surprised at how fantastic they look when you put them together! Instructions were easy to follow and all parts were present. They look more expensive than they are! I am looking to order more as I'm that impressed.”

“Awful product. Arrived damaged. Finish on the edges was not good enough and made it look cheap and tacky. Described as oak colour but it isn't even close! Why their staff would put broken parts in to be packaged and sent is beyond me! Total waste of my time. Was refunded quickly but I will never go to this company again and will warn others to shop elsewhere”
