“I ordered the oak backgammon box for my husband as a Christmas present. It arrived in time, but unfortunately the box was damaged on the outside despite having gone through quality control by Jane. I emailed the company who quickly sent out a new box, which was also damaged on the outside and one little screw is missing. Also gone through Jane's quality control. This was not from damage through delivery. Now I have 2 backgammon boxes and I am disappointed with the poor quality. Not liking either. I am considering sending back both and asking for a refund. Disappointed!”
