“I keep getting emails from Jacques of London asking me to review this product which after 2 weeks I am still waiting for. I have received no response to emails sent except an automated email saying someone will get back to me - which they haven't. I have been unable to get through to Jaques on the telephone - it repeatedly just says they are busy and to call back. I feel that I have to leave a negative review and I would appreciate someone getting back to me to advise when I will receive the items.”
