Disappointed that the "fabric" (I suspect acrylice, i.e. plastic) bag it came in was wrapped in non-recylable plastic and posted in a plastic bag. Alarmed to realise that courier was Amazon, a company I never use on ethical grounds. For these reasons I will not shop at Jaques again.”

The draw string bag for the pieces had Jaques of London printed on it and a good colour ...a nice touch but I felt the bag itself could have been of better quality, eg. cotton or linen material rather than what feels like treated paper.”
