I paid in good faith for my order and it has not arrived. On checking the royal mail tracking number it reads that they are still waiting to receive it from Jacques London.
I have tried emailing and phoning the company but had no response from them.
The order was placed on 25.11.20 and it should have been sent using 48 hr delivery. It is now 12.12.20 and all I have is a gap in my bank account where they took my money. Please don't fall into the same trap as me.”
